Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by jl2026 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any funds deposited by a person found to be under 21 years of age will be returned without interest, and such individual's account will be permanently closed.
Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the jl2026 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jl2026 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended pending review.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your legal full name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID; your date of birth; your active Philippine mobile number; and a valid email address. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
jl2026 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Account holders. KYC verification is mandatory before jl2026 will process any withdrawal request. Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office, or such other documents as jl2026 may specify from time to time. jl2026 may also require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
Your jl2026 Account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. jl2026 reserves the right to verify that the person using an Account is the registered Account holder.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl2026 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify jl2026 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. jl2026 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
jl2026 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA provides an additional layer of protection by requiring an OTP delivered to your registered Philippine mobile number for each new login session. This feature is available free of charge in your jl2026 Account settings.
All transactions authenticated with your login credentials will be treated as having been made by you. jl2026 is entitled to assume that instructions received from your Account are genuine unless you have previously notified jl2026 of a security breach.
jl2026 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jl2026's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount at jl2026 is ₱100 per transaction. jl2026 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges, for which jl2026 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals of real-money balances are available to jl2026 Members who have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jl2026 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 4 business hours during standard banking hours.
jl2026 applies an anti-money laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Withdrawal to a different payment method may be permitted at jl2026's discretion subject to additional verification.

jl2026 employs rigorous monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; systematic wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; collusion between accounts; use of software to circumvent wagering requirements. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their Account suspended, their balance forfeited, and be permanently banned from jl2026.
jl2026 will report suspected bonus fraud to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies where legally required. Members who engage in fraudulent bonus activity waive all rights to any balances held in their Account at the time of detection.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl2026 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content on the jl2026 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of jl2026 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl2026 Platform for lawful personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content; create derivative works; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices from any content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl2026, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jl2026 Platform or Services.
Without limiting the foregoing, jl2026 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jl2026's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your jl2026 Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of your Account by jl2026 for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. jl2026 will notify you of Account termination and the reasons therefor unless doing so would compromise a fraud or regulatory investigation.
You may close your own Account at any time by contacting jl2026 live chat support. Upon voluntary Account closure, jl2026 will process a withdrawal of your real-money balance (subject to wagering requirements on any active bonus) to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
